Filipe Cotait is the CEO of Stefanini Data & Analytics. They have more than 25 years of professional experience in technology companies as a consultant, manager and C-level executive, with strengths in leading high-performance teams, adapting to change, negotiating, versatility and relationship, and experience in mergers and acquisitions, oriented to client satisfaction, quality, deliverables and results. In 2024 they served as COO of Stefanini Scala and as IT and Operations Director and IT Director for Stefanini Scala. Their earlier roles included IT Director at Scala IT Solutions (2008–2016), IT Director at IntVision Solutions (2004–2008), IT Consultant at BMA Telemática (2001–2004), System Analyst at FTP Consultoria (2000–2001), Developer at SFT Foxplus (1999–2000) and Recyclean Polimeros Ltda. (1997–1998), and they were a Founding Partner and Advisor at Taxijá UOL (2012–2015). They earned an MBA in Gestão Empresarial from Fundação Getulio Vargas (2012–2014), completed INSEAD's Leading Digital Transformation program (2019), and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo (1998–2001).
