In 2012, they joined Pieran Health Technologies as a Senior Healthcare Business Analyst/Product Manager and QA Tester, working with customers, leading a team of developers, and working with executives to develop ideas and products for Providers, Patients, and Healthcare Organizations.

In 2017, they were promoted to Software QA Tester and Content Advisor/Subject Matter Expert at Mixed River LLC, where they helped create software to train athletes. Currently, they are a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst at StatusPro where they have helped produce, create, and test NFL Pro Era and continue the creation and testing of Pre Game Prep as a training tool for athletes. They have led a team of 6-12 QA testers and assisted with Production.

Tracy Witt attended Maric College from 1998 to 1999, where they earned a Certificate/Diploma in Medical Assistant. Tracy then attended Bakersfield College, though it is unclear if they earned a degree there. Tracy also obtained a Medical Assistant certification, though the institution and date of obtaining are unknown.
