Andrew Niles is the Vice President of both the Committee for Economic Development and the States’ Trading Supervisory Board at the States of Guernsey, where they help shape policies that advance the island’s economic vision. With over 25 years of experience in banking, investment, and trust services, Andrew founded Charter Consulting to provide independent and strategic advice to corporations, government, and family offices, specializing in strategy development, marketing, and regulatory compliance. They previously held leadership roles at HSBC Private Bank, Bank of China, and Standard Chartered Bank, and have built and managed high-performing teams across various multinational institutions. Currently, Andrew serves as President of the Old Elizabethan Association at Elizabeth College, Guernsey.
