Victor Klimchenko is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in risk management and financial advisory. Klimchenko served as Managing Director at Goldman Sachs from February 2007 to September 2018, followed by a similar role at Citi from September 2018 to September 2024, where responsibilities included acting as Chief Risk Officer for Finance and overseeing comprehensive risk management strategies. Prior to this, Klimchenko held senior management positions at GRT Corporation and Ernst & Young LLP, focusing on data management, analytics, and financial risk advisory. Currently, Klimchenko is the Senior Managing Director and Senior Vice President at State Street. Educationally, Klimchenko holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and both Bachelor and Master's Degrees in Applied Mathematics, graduated summa cum laude, from the Aerospace Engineering University.
