Jessica Irschick is a Senior Vice President at State Street, currently leading a multi-year transformation initiative to enhance client service and organizational effectiveness. They previously served as Managing Director at BlackRock, where they were the Global Head of Global Client Sales Strategy for iShares and Index Investing from 2016 to 2023. Jessica also held managing director positions at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, and was Chief Treasurer at Norges Bank Investment Management from 2009 to 2013. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Operations Research from Cornell University in 1987.
