Erin Boggan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Events Manager at State Street since January 2022, Erin collaborates with senior management to activate marketing strategies and improve stakeholder engagement while driving operational excellence within the events team. Prior roles include Associate Director of Events at North Carolina State University, where logistical planning for numerous admissions events was a key responsibility, and Regional Assistant Director focused on recruitment in the Northeastern region. Additional experience includes positions with the Boston Red Sox, Gardner-Webb University, Northeastern University, and the University of Scranton, where Erin demonstrated expertise in recruitment and event coordination. Erin holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor's degree in Counseling and Human Services, both from the University of Scranton.
