Cinzia Dicorato-Rura is a versatile professional with 25 years of experience in the financial industry, currently serving as the Head of EMEA Operational Resilience Risk at State Street since 2016. Previously, Cinzia held various roles, including Operational Risk Manager at BNY Mellon and Manager of the Trading Department at Monte Paschi Asset Management. Cinzia has played a key role in developing operational risk frameworks and has contributed to published works in the Journal of Risk Management in Financial Institutions.
