Atir Petkar is currently a Data Scientist and Cognitive Software Engineer at State Street, where they apply machine learning and artificial neural networks in their work. They previously served as a Software Engineer at the University of Rochester, focusing on automating data processes and researching machine learning applications in healthcare. Atir also contributed as a Deep Learning Researcher at the Machine Intelligence Lab at RIT and led a technical support team as a Senior Software Engineer at iGATE. They have a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and have completed specializations in Deep Learning through Coursera and Udacity.
