Tim Wang is a senior real assets investment leader with over two decades of experience in managing real estate and infrastructure fund investments globally. Currently, they serve as the Head of Real Estate / Real Assets Funds at State Street Investment Management, where they oversee fund investments and provide strategic recommendations to clients. Tim has also held the position of Managing Director and Head of Investment Research at Clarion Partners LLC from 2006 to 2023. Additionally, they contribute to academia as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Real Estate Development Program at Columbia University and currently serve as a Senior Advisor for Valida, Inc. Tim is pursuing an MBA at NYU Stern School of Business and a Ph.D. at The University of Georgia.
