Jenny Creamer holds an MBA and possesses expertise in human resources, demonstrated through various leadership roles in multiple organizations. From 2001 to 2004, Jenny served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Sweetser, followed by a position as Senior Human Resources Manager at Trex Company from 2004 to 2007. Afterward, Jenny worked at New Hanover Regional Medical Center as Director of Human Resources Operations from July 2007 to February 2019. Subsequently, Jenny took on the role of Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at Novant Health until May 2022, and then as Director of Learning and Development. Currently, Jenny is the Senior Vice President of Talent Management and Acquisition at SECU, a position held since August 2023. Jenny's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jenny is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM-SCP.
