Jody Kitcher is an experienced People Operations professional with a diverse background in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as the People Ops Leader at StartupExperts since March 2024, Jody focuses on fostering a community of HR, Finance, and Ops leaders who collaborate to tackle common business challenges. As Head of People Ops and Chief of Staff at Kiip since December 2021, Jody contributes to simplifying social services as a founding member. Prior roles include Director of People & Operations at Two Bulls and Manager of Employee Experience & People Operations at Dia&Co. Jody's career began at USTA and The Foundation Center, where foundational skills in HR administration and editorial support were developed. Jody holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Communications and Media Studies from Fordham University.
