Sofia Melo is currently the Head of Legal Brazil at Starr Insurance Companies, a position held since 2024. Previously, Sofia worked as an attorney at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados from 2019 to 2024 and at Rueda & Rueda Advogados from 2018 to 2019. Sofia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco in 2018 and is pursuing an MBA in Business Management at MBA USP/Esalq and a postgraduate program in Mergers and Acquisitions at Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, Sofia is studying ESL at Auburn University.
