Adwoa Oteng has extensive experience in compliance and operations within the insurance sector, currently serving as the Delegated Authority Operations Manager at Starr Insurance since August 2014, after holding roles including Delegated Authority Manager and Delegated Authority Coordinator. Prior to this, Adwoa worked as a Compliance Monitoring Officer at Aspen Insurance Group, providing compliance reviews and annual returns, and as a Compliance Consultant at R&Q Investment Holdings Services, offering compliance advice primarily to Lloyd's managing agents. Adwoa also held various positions at ACE European Group Limited from 1999 to 2012, focusing on compliance risk assessment, regulatory returns, and underwriting support. Earlier experience includes serving as a Reconciliation and Research Clerk at HSBC. Adwoa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from London Metropolitan University.
