Colin Tancock is an experienced financial services leader with a diverse background in accounting and management. They began their career as a Chartered Accountant at Berg Kaprow Lewis LLP while completing their ACA qualification, later serving as Finance Director for the Canary Wharf Orchestra. Colin has held various key positions at HSBC, including Head of Retail Product Development and Chief Control Officer, where they managed significant change programs and risk operations. Currently, Colin holds the position of Chief of Staff at Starling Bank, continuing to leverage their extensive expertise to drive business outcomes. They earned a BSc Hons in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
