Kristen Cleveland, PMP, is a seasoned professional in project and portfolio management within the life sciences sector. Currently, Kristen serves as Co-Founder and Owner of StarfleetBio, a consulting collective dedicated to rare and age-related disease research. Prior roles include Vice President of Strategic Programs and Commercial Strategy at Black Canyon Consulting LLC, where Kristen managed NCBI’s Sequence Read Archive Modernization, and a series of leadership positions at BioTeam, Inc., focused on enhancing project management methodologies and client experiences. Kristen has substantial experience in program management at Biogen and Genzyme, where Kristen directed IT initiatives and regulatory compliance projects. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Project Management and a BA in Industrial Labor Relations, complemented by ongoing studies in Genetics and Genomics at Stanford.
