Paul Boulangé is the Président of Starcom France and Spark Foundry France, as well as the CEO of Publicis Media Content. They have held the position of Directeur Général at Starcom France since 2016 and became Président in 2018. Previously, Boulangé was Global Head of the AXA Digital Academy from 2015 to 2016, and worked as Head of Digital at Havas Paris, a role they continue to fulfill. Their earlier career included consulting at Novedia Group and partnership at fullsix, alongside leadership roles at DDB Paris and other firms. Boulangé holds a Maitrise in Marketing & Communication from CELSA and a Master's in Marketing Strategy from IEP Paris.
