Ella Carpenter is currently a Paid Social Account Director at Starcom, where they leverage their passion for the media industry to foster strong client relationships. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Account Manager at OMD EMEA and a Paid Social Account Manager at MediaCom. Ella began their career as a Digital Marketing Apprentice at Google and advanced to positions as a Paid Social Planner at iProspect and MediaCom. Ella earned degrees in Business Studies, Sociology, and Media from The John Warner School.
