Pilar Ramos is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently, Pilar serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at TelevisaUnivision, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Pilar held similar titles at Univision Communications Inc. from August 2021 to January 2022. Pilar's career includes significant tenure at Mastercard, where positions ranged from Executive Vice President, General Counsel for North America, to Vice President for Global Public Policy & Regulatory Strategy, spanning from March 2003 to August 2021. Previous experience includes roles at DIRECTV Latin America, LLC, and DeRemate.com, as well as time as a Corporate Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
