James Goodliffe is currently the Director of Store Development EMEA at Starbucks, where they manage store growth across more than 45 markets and oversee market planning and licensing partnerships. They previously held positions including Director of Real Estate EMEA and Head of Real Estate UK at Starbucks, focusing on market strategy and store expansion. Prior to this, James served as Regional Estates Manager at The Boots Company PLC from 1994 to 2006, managing portfolio and business acquisitions. They hold a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Urban Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and are a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
