Mahendraraj Mariappan has extensive experience in human resources, having held multiple leadership roles at Star Media Group Berhad. Starting as an Executive in April 2014, Mahendraraj progressed to Senior Executive by April 2017, then returned in April 2021 as Assistant Manager and subsequently Manager of Group People. Currently serving as Senior Manager in Group People since April 2022, Mahendraraj leads industrial relations efforts, ensuring compliance and managing employee relations while overseeing disciplinary administration, grievance management, and employee counseling.
