John O'Brien is a Senior Principal Hydraulic Engineer at Stantec, with a background in Civil Engineering and Intelligent CAD systems. They have worked extensively on UK and international water and wastewater projects, managing all aspects of hydraulic and fluid design. Previously, John held positions as a Civil Engineer and CAD Lead at MWH Ltd, followed by a role as a Hydraulic Engineer at MWH Global. Their educational credentials include a BEng in Structural Engineering with Architecture from The University of Manchester and an MSc in Product Design and Management from the University of Liverpool, along with achieving the CWEM CEng certification from CIWEM.
