Tom Bradley is a seasoned professional in the development consultancy sector, currently serving as the Founder of Paceline Developments Ltd since February 2025, which specializes in adaptive re-use and tall building projects. In addition to this role, Tom holds the position of Development Director at Stanhope Plc since April 2016, contributing to notable projects including One Undershaft and 55 Bishopsgate in London. As a member of the UK Committee for the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) from April 2016 to December 2024, Tom has also established the UK Future Leaders initiative, focusing on the adaptability of tall buildings. Prior experience includes serving as Project Executive at Lipton Rogers Developments LLP and Technical Delivery roles at Laing O'Rourke, where Tom worked on significant infrastructure projects globally. Tom holds a Master's degree from the University of Cambridge and has an engineering background from Loughborough University.
