Lara Cooper is a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Oncology Research Manager with extensive experience in nursing and research. They are currently a Clinical Oncology Nurse Coordinator at Stanford Health Care, providing support for gastrointestinal surgical cancer patients. Previously, Lara held positions at the University Health Network, where they served as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Oncology Nursing Research and as a Registered Nurse. They also contributed to various research projects as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Toronto, focusing on older adults and cancer treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lara holds a Master's degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Neuropsychology from the University of Ottawa.
