Marcia Kent, Ph.D., SPHR, SHRM-SPC, ACC, is currently the Executive Director of Enterprise Learning and Organizational Development at Stanford Medicine Children’s Health. With over 20 years of expertise in organizational effectiveness, transformational change consulting, and executive coaching, Marcia specializes in developing leaders, enhancing team performance, and managing change initiatives. Previously, Marcia served as a Senior Consultant for Talent Management at Children's Hospital Colorado and held various leadership roles, including President of BizPsych at MINES & ASSOCIATES and Senior Leadership Development Consultant at Charles Schwab. Marcia holds a Ph.D. in Values Driven Leadership and Organizational Development from Benedictine University, along with a Master's degree in Business Management and Leadership.
