MacKenzie Ginithan is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in leading agile teams across various industries, including insurance and analytics. Currently at The Standard, MacKenzie has successfully assisted in launching a new agile release train for a cloud-based insurance claim intake site. Previous roles include Scrum Master positions at Nike, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing advanced analytics teams and addressing pandemic-related projects, and at Finastra, where MacKenzie led a cloud-based financial product development. MacKenzie has also contributed to projects at Providence Health & Services, Barrett Business Services, and D+H U.S. Operation, employing agile methodologies to enhance project outcomes. MacKenzie holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from South Dakota State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of South Dakota.
