Kenza Sijelmassi, MPA, LEED Green Associate, is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in managing various real estate projects. Currently employed as a Senior Development Manager at Standard Communities since January 2026, Kenza previously held key roles at Urban Atlantic, including Director of Development and Development Manager, where notable accomplishments involved leading complex projects such as Aspen Square at The Parks and Abrams Assisted Living at The Parks at Walter Reed.
