Prem Griffith is an experienced compliance professional with twenty years of regulatory expertise spanning private banking and wealth management, asset management, mortgages, and consumer lending. Currently serving as Director of Compliance Advisory at Standard Chartered, Prem provides guidance and support to ensure compliance with FCA and PRA regulations. Previously, Prem held leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson and the Financial Services Authority, where they developed and enhanced compliance frameworks and oversaw regulatory projects. Prem earned a Master’s degree in Physics with First Class Honours from Imperial College London.
