Naijie (Kevin) Gao is currently the Head of Acquisition (Personal Lending) and Employee Banking at Standard Chartered Bank, where they have been recognized as a two-time Executive Committee Award nominee and have won several accolades, including the Back Office Star Award and Go Extra Mile Award. With extensive expertise in retail banking, management consulting, and portfolio management, they have successfully led product and strategy initiatives that significantly increased customer acquisition and retention. Previously, Naijie held multiple roles at Standard Chartered Bank, starting as an International Management Trainee and progressing to Senior Consultant at Corporate Value Associates. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Shanghai International Studies University and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California, and they are a member of the AICPA.
