They have extensive experience in Information Technology audit, compliance, and security, having previously held positions such as Head of Information Systems Audit at HBL Microfinance Bank and Manager of Information Security at Telenor Microfinance Bank Limited. Basim developed and implemented audit programs based on best practices, including ISO and ISACA standards, and has managed various aspects of IT governance and risk management throughout their career. They hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, specializing in Networks and Information Security.
