Marija Desancic is currently the Site Head of Manufacturing Science and Technology at STADA Group in Germany. With extensive experience in the pharmaceuticals industry, Marija has held various roles, including Head of Solid Dosage Forms Department and Chief of Water Purification Department at Hemofarm AD, part of the STADA Group. Marija possesses a Master of Technology in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Technology, Novi Sad, and is skilled in business planning, communication, validation, and project management, along with being a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Prior to this, Marija coordinated production and worked as an associate in production, contributing significantly to the development and quality assurance of pharmaceutical products.
