Ankit Shrivastava is the VP and Assistant General Counsel at STACK Infrastructure, specializing in data center development and private equity investment in digital infrastructure. Previously, Ankit was a partner at ArentFox Schiff, where they represented institutional investors in complex corporate and real estate transactions. As a co-founder of AMS Holdings, LLC, Ankit also managed real estate investments and development projects. Ankit earned a J.D. in Corporate and Commercial Law from NYU School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Duke University, graduating with honors.
