With extensive experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing, they have held key positions across various companies, including Philips Semiconductors and NXP Semiconductors, where they focused on quality and reliability management. Victor's background includes significant achievements in account management, process engineering, and project leadership, alongside a B.S. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Don Bosco Technical College.
