Simone Ferri is STMicroelectronics’ Executive Vice President, MEMS Sub-Group General Manager and has held this position since January 2026.
Ferri joined STMicroelectronics in 1999 as an R&D engineer, before moving on to digital designer and product management roles. In 2014, he was entrusted with ST MEMS consumer sensors then with global MEMS-sensor related Marketing and Application activities across all markets and segments. In 2016, Ferri was appointed Director of the Consumer MEMS Business Unit, and since 2023 he has served as ST’s Analog, MEMS and Sensors Group Vice President and General Manager of the MEMS Sub-Group.
Simone Ferri was born in Milan, Italy, in 1972, and graduated with a degree in Microelectronics from the Polytechnic of Milan. He also completed his MBA at the Polytechnic of Milan.
