Rashna Seli Zaroo has been with STMicroelectronics since December 2014, currently serving as the Head of the DTIT Excellence Office for Digital Transformation & IT. In this role, Rashna manages the CAD View Generation team, overseeing content definition for competitive CAD offerings and strategic alignment of CAD topics. As the LEAN Transformation Leader within the Technology and Design Platform, Rashna drives department-level transformation initiatives. Previously, Rashna held several managerial positions at STMicroelectronics, focusing on developing Front-End CAD views and leading diverse engineering teams. Rashna holds a Certificate of Business Excellence from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
