Mohammed Ashraf is a Principal Digital Design Engineer and Technical Lead at STMicroelectronics, with a strong background in the semiconductors industry. They have previously held positions as a Senior VLSI Design Engineer at Riot Micro and as a VLSI Design Engineer at Atmel Corporation, specializing in low power RTL design, DSP implementation, and formal verification. Mohammed earned a Master’s Degree in Digital Electronics from Cairo University, where they graduated with a GPA of 4.0, following their undergraduate studies in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
