Aleksandra Wysocka is a seasoned professional in governance and shared services, currently serving as the GBS Governance Director at STMicroelectronics since March 2018. In this role, Aleksandra defines and manages the governance framework across a global organization while building effective partnerships to support strategic objectives. Previously, Aleksandra held various leadership roles at Avon Global Shared Services, including Transformation Manager and Transition Manager, where responsibilities included end-to-end project management, process standardization, and finance organization transformation across regions. Aleksandra's background also includes earlier roles in administrative support and sales, complemented by a Master's degree in European Integration from the University of Wroclaw.
