Lindsay Coffman, MAIOP, is the Director of Clinical Informatics Education & Adoption at Providence, where they focus on enhancing workplace engagement, productivity, and efficiency through evidence-based practices. With a background in various managerial roles in optical and ophthalmology settings, Lindsay has also worked as a Diversity Consultant and LMS Consultant. They previously served as the Sr. Manager of Clinical Informatics Education & Adoption and have experience in strategic planning and change management. Lindsay holds a Master's degree in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University.
