Mr. Thomas, who joined St. John Properties in 2009, is responsible for all operations of St. John Properties Utah. He holds a B.A. in Real Estate Finance from Portland State University and a M.S. in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins. He has instructed courses in commercial real estate at Johns Hopkins, the University of Baltimore, and the University of Utah, and is a past chairman of the University of Baltimore’s Real Estate & Economic Development Advisory Board.
