Mg. Frank Ronny Candela Munayco serves as the Director at St. George's College - Villa and holds the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead since July 2016. Responsibilities include teaching IB Theory of Knowledge and coordinating student welfare, alongside providing technical assistance for socio-educational sessions focused on social-emotional skills development. Prior to this, Frank held the position of Legal Representative at St. George's College and served as Coordinator of Pastoral Care at Colegio Santa Rosa, where responsibilities included planning and executing pastoral activities. Frank also worked at the Ministry of Education of Peru as a Specialist for Coexistence, supporting educators in implementing strategies to prevent and protect against violence towards children. Frank holds a Master's degree in Educational Management from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and dual bachelor's degrees in Religious Sciences and Psychology from Universidad Marcelino Champagnat.
