Rod McIntosh is the Director of High Performance Sport and Rugby at St Andrew's College, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this, they held various roles including Director of Sport and Head of International Physical Education at the French International School of Hong Kong from 1996 to 2014, and Physical Education Teacher and Director of Rugby at Chinese International School from 1993 to 1998. Rod's extensive coaching experience includes serving as Head Coach of Rugby at Hong Kong Football Club and Director of Coaching for the Hong Kong Rugby Union. They are currently pursuing advanced degrees in education, including a Master's in Educational Leadership and Administration at The University of Hong Kong and other certifications in rugby coaching and personal training.
