Jennifer McGoldrick, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience. They began their career as an HR Development Specialist II at Sprint, where they facilitated learning and enhanced performance metrics for employees. Following this, they served as the Human Resources Shared Services Manager at INTEGRIS Health, managing a team that handled a high volume of employee inquiries. Currently, Jennifer holds the position of Regional VP, HR at SSM Health, supporting the Oklahoma and Mid Missouri Regions. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Political Science, and Secondary Education from the University of Oklahoma.
