Eileen Caffey is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader with a robust background in recruitment marketing and brand strategy. Previously, Eileen served as the Retail Marketing Manager at Intel from 1993 to 2000, and held key marketing leadership roles at Citibank and Edward Jones, where Eileen currently develops strategies to attract top financial advisor talent. Since 2017, Eileen has also been the Director of Talent Acquisition at SSM Health St. Louis, leading a team to recruit dedicated healthcare professionals, and in 2018, Eileen took on the role of Director of Recruiting at Bethesda Health Group. Eileen earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Saint Louis University in 1990.
