Steven Billington has extensive experience in the construction and consultancy sectors, currently serving as a Consultant Contracts Manager at S&R Construction Ltd since September 2022 and as Managing Director at SFB Consultancy since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Steven held the position of Operations Director at Keltek from May 2018 to August 2022 and was Operations Manager at OnSite Central Limited from February 2007 to May 2018.
