Rachel Koury is the Chief Operating Officer at SquashBusters, Inc., where they have also served as the Director of Operations and Strategy since 2021. With extensive experience in education nonprofit and higher education sectors, Rachel demonstrated a strong background in program management, leadership, and data analysis. Previously, they held positions at Bottom Line, including Success Program Director, where they oversaw operations for a college success program helping low-income, first-generation students achieve a high graduation rate. Rachel completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colgate University in 2009.
