Ihor Padalko is currently the SDET Manager at SQUAD, where they focus on quality control and automation. Previously, they served as an Automation Team Lead at SoftServe, leading an automation team and developing a complex automation system using technologies such as Linux/Unix, Python, and Docker. Ihor also worked as an Intermediate QC Engineer at SoftServe, where they managed testing activities for various projects, and as a Senior QC Engineer, focusing on test analysis and defect management. They have a background in system administration from their roles at Nova Linia and Epicentr K, and they earned a degree in IT from STEP IT Academy.
