Elizabeth Thorne is a legal professional with a diverse background in finance and startups. Currently serving as Startup Counsel at SPZ Legal since October 2022, Elizabeth previously held positions as an Associate at Kluk Farber Law and as a Debt Finance Associate at Kirkland & Ellis. Elizabeth began their legal career as a Finance Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where Elizabeth also served as a Summer Associate. Early experience includes a role as Law Clerk in the Holocaust Reparations Department at Bet Tzedek Legal Services and various internships in development, marketing, and education.
