Annie Greenawalt is a seasoned professional in the field of training and instructional design, currently serving as Senior Manager of Technology at SPS Commerce since May 2017, where leadership is provided to a team responsible for learning within the Technology business unit. Previous roles include Manager II and Training Manager at SPS Commerce, as well as a Senior Trainer/Instructional Designer. Annie's experience extends to PACT as a Board Member and to Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota as an Informatics Education Coordinator, where collaboration with subject matter experts was key in developing effective training materials. In addition to earlier roles at Make-A-Wish Foundation of Minnesota, where a chapter-wide training program was developed, and at Ryan Companies US, Inc., where new hire orientation experiences were created, significant contributions were made to volunteer training and technology support as well. Annie holds a BA in Marketing Management and Spanish from the University of St. Thomas.
