Felix joined Springboard in December 2021. He graduated from Purchase College with a BA in Anthropology. Felix loves learning about people and their cultures. With his seven years of experience in customer care, he plans to bring his passion for helping people to Springboard. His favorite childhood book is Diary of a Wimpy Kid by Jeff Kinney.
