Alex Gower is a shipping crew lead at Spray-Tek. Alex has previously worked as an outbound crew leader for Imperial Supplies, where they were responsible for the timely and efficient movement of labor and work flow for the department. Alex has also been responsible for the scheduling, training, and development of 20+ employees. Alex has led shipping teams in production, ensuring orders are processed and shipped properly meeting our VOC rate of 0.48%. Alex has also mentored all associates to create outstanding customer experiences.

Alex Gower's educational career includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) from the University of Wisconsin-Rock County.
