Wesley A.Q. Eleonora is the Managing Director of SIM Caribbean, a role held since 2010 that involves leading Caribbean activities and providing accessible digital solutions to various sectors. Having grown up in Curaçao and later obtained degrees in application management and applied sciences from Hanze University in the Netherlands, Wesley's career spans roles in software test and quality assurance, project management, and various leadership positions. Wesley has also contributed to the ICT sector in Curaçao as a board member of the Curaçao Information & Communication Association between 2013 and 2015. Currently, Wesley is involved with multiple organizations as a Caribbean Partner and Ambassador, enhancing digital collaboration across government and social sectors.
